Proposed modern bus terminal — the gateway to Kampala, Hoima & Fort Portal
This is an artist's proposal for a modern Kagadi bus terminal. Long-distance coaches already connect the town to Kampala, Masaka, Mubende, Hoima and Fort Portal; the proposed terminal would give them paved bays, passenger shelters, sanitation, lighting and managed loading. Investors and development partners are invited to help turn this concept into reality.

Proposed taxi park upgrade for every corner of the district
A proposed tarmacked taxi park to serve the hundreds of 14-seater matatus feeding Muhorro, Kyenzige, Ruteete, Mabaale and surrounding trading centres. The concept includes marked stages, drainage, a stage office, vendor kiosks and a boda-boda bay. Investment and partnership opportunities are open.

Proposed modern market where Bunyoro's harvest meets the region
A proposed fully-roofed, multi-level market facility for Kagadi Town — matooke, cassava, coffee, tomatoes, kitenge fabrics and household goods under one modern roof, with cold storage, washrooms, waste management and secure lock-ups for vendors. This is a proposal seeking Government and private investment.

Proposed air connectivity for the new Kagadi Town
A proposed airstrip at Kirongo would place Kagadi within direct reach of Kampala, Ntoroko, the Congo border, Kitebere landing site and Kabalega International Airport — unlocking cargo, tourism and emergency medical flights for the whole district. Land identification and lobbying are ongoing.
